Qualified dental support staff needed for a fast-paced role combining chairside clinical assistance with reception and administrative duties.

Full Description

Due to continued growth and the addition of new dentists to the clinical team, additional qualified dental nurses and support staff are needed to join a busy and expanding practice. The role includes both clinical and non-clinical responsibilities, such as chairside support, infection control, decontamination, surgery preparation, and management of patient lab work, as well as answering calls, greeting patients, handling email enquiries, scheduling appointments, scanning, filing, maintaining records, and carrying out general reception and ad hoc duties. This is a varied, fast-paced environment where no two days are the same, and the support team plays an important part in delivering an excellent patient experience. The ideal candidate will have strong confidentiality and discretion, experience in a clinical setting, and at least one year of previous dental nursing experience, with a dental nurse qualification preferred and sedation training an advantage. Customer service experience, strong communication skills, good time management, the ability to multitask, and confidence using Microsoft Office are important, along with flexibility for evening, weekend, and bank holiday shifts.
